As a dedicated and highly qualified Dietitian/Nutritionist with years of experience, I offer expert guidance and customized diet plans for both pre and post-obesity surgery situations. My current focus revolves around neurological conditions, particularly Alzheimer's disease, which is the subject of my ongoing PhD research project.
I am deeply committed to promoting healthy lifestyles in my clients, emphasizing the importance of thorough nutrition consultations and tailored meal plans to address the unique needs of each individual. I am a dynamic speaker, and I am passionate about educating others on adopting healthier nutritional habits and continuously advancing nutritional knowledge for myself, my clients, and the community.
