What do you do if your clients or customers are resistant to negotiating deadlines?
As a service provider / vendor, we need to actively listen to our customer's pain points and problem solve with them. The main goal is to become their trusted advisors, and we can only achieve this ambition if we truly care and empathize with their current business challenges. Once the customers perceive yourself and team as someone who is genuinely concerned and have their interest at heart, they will most likely share more details of the objections and roadblocks so that you can work together!
