I have been with the Commonwealth Bank for over 15 years across many different roles and am currently the Branch Manager at Westfield Tuggerah.
I pride myself on helping create advocates for CommBank (both internal and external) by helping our customers meet their goals and providing genuine exceptional Customer Service.
I believe creating an open, honest, positive and fun work environment will nurture success and development. I role model the actions I ask others to do and focus on helping people grow in their roles to be the very best version of themselves, this is my passion and what makes me love my job.
Currently I’m focusing on continuing to grow as a leader while seeking greater responsibilities and opportunities for advancement in my career.
