I am a specialist family lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the profession.
I help people experiencing relationship breakdown to identify and implement holistic solutions to family law issues. I provide expert advice and representation in a way that is accessible and flexible and tailored to the needs of my clients.
I recently commenced my own firm, Bayside Family Law Solutions, based in the Melbourne Bayside suburb of Hampton. It is fantastic to be working in the area my family has lived for the past 15 years and to service people living or working in the bayside area.
I have a broad range of experience in the legal profession. This experience has enabled me to develop sound judgment, an ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each case, and an understanding of people and what motivates them. I know how the system works, what outcomes are possible and where a pragmatic solution is preferable.
Personally, I understand many of the challenges that families face today on a day-to-day level. Difficult in-laws, running the kids around, work/life balance, controlling the credit cards, paying the school fees, family tragedies, squeezing in holidays, caring for disabled kids, being financially over-committed – I’ve seen how all of these difficulties can play out and how they can impact on relationships. I’ve experienced a few of them myself!
During my downtime, I enjoy keeping fit (and trying to avoid injury). Depending on the season, I love kiteboarding and following the North Melbourne Football Club.
I am committed to providing a specialist service that is flexible and accessible. I bring all of my experience and expertise to the table for every client. I’m also friendly and approachable and have an innate interest in people’s stories.
