Expertise in Suicide Prevention and Creative Social Problem Solutions

With over two decades of experience in health and suicide prevention, I have a deep understanding of the complex factors that contribute to suicide and the strategies that can be effective in reducing rates. As a postgraduate certificate holder in Suicidology and a Master of Suicidology (by research) candidate (final year), I am continuously expanding my knowledge and expertise in this critical field.

My commitment for suicide prevention extends beyond academia. As the Founder and Executive Officer (by proxy) of Black Rainbow, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing suicide among First Nations LGBTIQA+SB communities, I have spearheaded initiatives that have made a tangible impact on vulnerable populations.

My ability to translate research into practical solutions is further demonstrated through my work at Shadow Black, a creative solutions agency where I lead the design and implementation of innovative strategies to address complex social problems. My belief in the power of creativity to solve the world's most pressing challenges has driven me to develop effective interventions that have positively impacted communities.
