Hi, I’m Damian!
I'm an accomplished leader with 15+ years of experience in the Disability/Health industries.
I'm passionate about mentoring leaders and DSW staff in supporting participants to achieve nothing but their best outcomes.
Every day is a new learned experience. I enjoy looking for something positive in every interaction I have.
My motto is to wake up and love what you’re going to do. Go to bed and love what you have done today. If not, get a new job!
Thriving on empowering staff, people and direct reports to make informed decisions for themselves and removing the micro-managing element that is prevalent in providers today.
Too many jobs have I worked in where micro-managing starts at the top and filters right down. I want to make a difference so that we all go home loving what we do!
Specialising in going full speed ahead and methodically, then completing what's got to be done. I get great joy out of living my life this way.

I used to be a SES volunteer in my local area where I lived. I helped assist those in need, especially during Storm season. I helped clear fallen trees and provide food or fuel to those cut off by storm water/rivers.
On many occasions I was the one that needed assistance, due to our remote location! -
