Sport NSW is the peak industry body for sport in the state. It is an independent not-for-profit organisation, representing NSW sporting organisations as The Voice of Sport to raise and respond to issues that impact on all levels of sport and to foster the future development of sport in New South Wales.

The governing body for 9 sports in NSW & ACT, for all ages from grassroots to elite competition. Their mission is to change the lives of people with a disability through participation in sport and a vision where everyone gets picked to play.

Liz Ellis, former captain of the Australian Netball Team and three times World Netball Champion created her Goals 4 Girls Foundation to provide scholarships to young women who display leadership, academic and sporting aptitude, and whose family situation may otherwise preclude them from pursuing their educational goals. The work of the Foundation extended to support indigenous young people in remotes parts of the country including the Tiwi Islands providing an apprenticeship program, AFL sports… Show more
