I've led the establishment of a global non profit organisation in the regulatory technology arena and committed to accelerating the adoption of RegTech – a diverse variety of software solutions addressing the greatest compliance and regulatory challenges for all industries, everywhere in the world. Having co-developed one of the world’s first global RegTech taxonomies and directory of suppliers, we are supporting a global centre of excellence and making RegTech accessible. I have pioneered leading RegTech education and advocacy programs.

I am considered a leading global RegTech SupTech advisor, speaker and mentor to women.

I am a member of Chief Executive Women. I have experience as a CEO, Board Director, in corporate communications, marketing, industry advocacy, research, policy and education in financial services including superannuation, insurance, investment banking, OTC markets, private equity, venture capital and technology. I have established diversity and ESG programs for industry over the past 15 years. I was named as one of the 100 Women of Influence for Innovation in 2019 by Australia's Financial Review. I am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
