With a strong people-focus, my expertise presents in building successful teams and evolving Customer Experiences through technology and business process optimisation.
I have led Contact Center teams of 100+ within State-based, National, and in Outsourced models.
Earlier experiences include Operations and Client Relations for the 2nd largest janitorial firm in the tropical isle of Sri Lanka, leading an operational labour force of +250.
Outside of my passion for people and great customer experiences, I am a wife, mum and a hardcore foodie!
