Discovery Immunomodulatory Peptides that are useful modulators of immune checkpoint pathways. For example, programmed cell death-1 (PD1) and its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, are widely expressed and exert a number of immunoregulatory roles in T cell activation, including attenuation of immunity against tumor cells and infectious agents.

After much research and trial and error we are bringing GCMAF probiotics to market at a reduced cost. Our long term aim is to be able to supply this product as a ready to consume product near the price of a tub of normal yogurt.

This GcMAF PROBIOTIC contains natural (not artificially added) noble proteins, minerals, vitamins and powerful bio-active molecules such as Lactoferrins, immunoglobulins, antioxidants vitamins and Vitamin D-binding protein-derived Macrophage Activating Factor (GcMAF).



Our Probiotic yogurt culture coverts some Gc-protein that is present in low concentrations in full fat milk into active GcMAF based on Reid at al. publications. The administration of a probiotic yogurt mimicked Yamamoto's administration of GcMAF. Based on this information studies were performed on which strains of bacteria covert the highest concentration of Gc-protein found in milk into GcMAF.


This yogurt product stimulates the immune system without any need for an injectable product. The existence of the mucosa-
associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) that comprises macrophages is now widely recognized and activated macrophages can re-circulate between mucosae, blood, tissues, and back to mucosas. At this point the only remaining obstacle is the acid environment of the stomach that could digest the GcMAF presented in this yogurt.

In the Waldeyer’s tonsilar ring there is an abundance of macrophages that can be directly stimulated by the GcMAF present in
this yogurt not only that but a system has been developed to have most of this yogurt pass into the gastric environment and arrive intact (for the most part) in the lower intestine where the gut microbiota exerts its actions.
