Fleur’s experience is backed by extensive qualifications which include: Masters of Coaching Psychology, Bachelor of Commerce, Company Directors Certificate, Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certificate and 500-hour certified yoga teacher.

Fleur's book Resilience Recipes - Making Space for Wellbeing that Works - is an evidence-based, easy to read wellbeing guidebook that provides a curated selection of resilience strategies that are proven to boost personal wellbeing for busy professionals. It won Best Health & Wellbeing book for 2022.

Her follow up book Leading Wellbeing - A leader's guide to mental health conversations at work, won gold for Business at the 2024 international Non-Fiction Book Awards.
