I am a commercial litigator with 40 years' experience, practising predominantly in insurance-based transport and property claims, analysing / investigating complex factual / legal scenarios, identifying issues and solutions, and assisting clients to implement solutions. I act for most large insurers and logistics service providers in Australia, UK and Europe and head up a team of ten lawyers, specialising in insurance (particularly marine, aviation, property and liability), private international law, contracts, commercial disputes, ADR and arbitration. I also represent international freight forwarders, commodities traders and various transport-related companies. I am an accredited specialist in commercial litigation (insurance) and am a past President of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.
