Between March 27-April 19, The Educator received a large number of nominations for the Most Influential Educators list, along with details of nominees’ extensive achievements and contributions to the profession.

The final list consisted of 20 educators and other professionals who delivered specific outcomes that significantly influenced the Australian education industry. Show less

A global white paper on the world’s biggest influences and influencers on education was issued in late 2021, listing me as the 19th most influential educational disruptive in the world for my work in educational change.

Through an incredibly challenging year, Australia’s educators have shown remarkable resilience, adaptability, ingenuity and, not least, care and empathy for their students and the wider community. The many nominations for this year’s awards are testament to that, and it was no easy task narrowing the choice down to 36 individuals.
