I am experienced in creating and implementing IT Strategies and Technology Roadmaps that align to the overall Business Strategy and deliver the Organisation’s Strategic goals. I am focused on driving business performance improvements and business transformation initiatives that deliver quality outcomes, service delivery efficiencies, enhanced customer experience and satisfaction, and provide value to all stakeholders.
