About

You’ve proven your brilliance. You’ve delivered powerful results. You went out on your own, but now, you feel stuck and overwhelmed. Your business is plateauing or being overtaken.

While your clients love you, you aren’t growing your business. You’ve tried everything to unleash the impact you want – no, need – to make. But all to no avail.

Was starting a business all those years ago worth it?

Absolutely. You've made it this far, which speaks volumes. I've worked with thousands of business owners and high-profile leaders. I've built businesses, sold them, and built again. I know potential when I see it, and I'm obsessed with helping women just like you become more influential in their market.

You have the knowledge, and I help you own it. With laser-sharp focus and a bias for action, I listen fiercely to shape the strategy that gets the results you want. I help determine what actions serve you best. I’m not interested in helping you build a business that pleases others. This is about you. It’s personal.

If you are to unlock sales, develop your IP, build your authority, and nail your market position, you must become an advocate for what serves YOU. But first, you need clarity on what that looks like. That’s where I help. Once there, I guide you with energy and enthusiasm through all the nail-biting decisions and results-driven next steps.

With a knack for making the complex doable, I journey with you toward long-term scalability and cash rewards, so you can build the future you want on your terms without risking burn-out.

I know this reality is possible because I see more in my clients than they see in themselves. I'm tenacious, and if someone tells me I can’t, I will find a way! It’s what I’ve always done, from working on my dad’s farm to earning an Honorary Doctorate, graduating from Harvard’s leadership program, writing three books, and speaking on stages around the world.

My commitment, raw honesty, and deep care have won me an International Stevie Award. Now it’s your turn to attract the recognition – and business – we both know you deserve. When women invest in themselves and live the life they truly crave, everyone wins. Are you in?
