We are seeing increased complexity in mortgage lending, and this has led to many borrowers finding it impossible to have their home loan needs met.

Increasingly we are seeing instances of borrowers that have become “mortgage prisoners” with their existing lenders, unable to vary their existing arrangements and unable to refinance to a new lender to meet their needs.

Wave Money was established to deliver residential mortgage solutions to an increasing pool of borrowers whose needs are not being met by traditional bank and non-bank lending institutions.

Specifically Wave Money delivers solutions for:

* Self-employed borrowers who need to verify their income through different / simple forms of documentation.

* Borrowers who require larger loans (up to $3m) or higher LVRs without mortgage insurance (to 85% for PAYG borrowers)

* Employees who may have been in their role for a shorter period or whose income is comprised of overtime, commissions and bonuses or comes from multiple employers.

* Borrowers looking to consolidate debt or access the equity they have in residential real estate to fund any worthwhile purposes including funding business acquisition and growth or broader investment.

Wave Money is a broker-exclusive non-bank lender, enabling a singular focus and investment on building working relationships with brokers to make it simple and efficient for them to deliver great outcomes for their clients.

Now more than ever borrowers need the invaluable assistance that mortgage brokers deliver, and this is reflected in the growth in home loans settled through brokers.
