I help Family Business to get its act together, with everyone aligned to a plan. I help to plan and implement succession. I help establish appropriate structures and systems in the family and in the business, resolve tensions and disagreements within families through mediation. I also guide, mentor and coach family members into the roles they need to be in, and to perform.

➣ How do I work?

Every family and family business has different needs, interests and objectives. Every assignment begins with an analysis of all aspects of the individuals, the family and the business. Then I develop, discuss and implement a tailored plan that addresses, in sensitive and sensible sequence, all those needs, interests and objectives.

Experience with hundreds of family businesses shows that this is the best way to achieve desired outcomes.

Working as an independent expert I can usually achieve things the family could never achieve by itself.
