About
Jordan's experience as both a founder and global marketing executive led him to develop Prophet's vision: a platform that doesn't just empower marketers today but one that can shape the industry's future to be more efficient, transparent and successful through advanced mathematics, statistics and informative user design.
With experience across future-focused technologies, such as Hyperloop and SpaceX, Jordan has a drive for rebelling against noisy and pessimistic headwinds for futuristic technologies and is strongly equipped with the technical skill sets to transfer engineering principles into actionable and operational visions and products. Jordan's understanding of the marketing industry both locally and internationally, working across brands such as JB Hi-Fi, Salesforce, Schneider Electric, Sophos, Woolworths, Endeavour Drinks Group, Leica, Rolex and many more, has ensured that Prophet's vision is significantly aligned to the ever-changing landscape and expectations of both the modern marketer and the organisation that they operate within.
As co-founder of Magic, a digital media lab, headquartered in Melbourne, with offices in Los Angeles and London; Jordan led the principles of directly ingesting mathematics into the complex and opaque nature of media buying; coining the term 'mediamatics' and ensuring that all media is firstly measurable and attributable. It was here at Magic that Prophet's vision was formulated and acted as the battleground for years of proof or concept and mathematics across several multivariate clientele, from on-demand delivery services to multi-national cybersecurity and local high-powered startups.

How can you ensure your consumer journey map is accurate?
Everything comes back to measurement. Campaign spikes should be as closely attributed as possible (be it via technology or regression analysis) in an attempt to shrink the unknown. By understanding the causal relationships between channels, creative and variables, large portions of previously unidentifiable pieces of measurement are uncovered. By having this in place, you’ll have a more pulse-related insight into journey mapping, rather than anecdotal, and sometimes accurately misleading data driving you toward some form of action.

Validate and connect user action not observation. Through tailored measurement, either via data-driven attribution, or how, more complex mathematical modelling, quantify the impact your channel mix, messaging and creative is having on your users (prospective and existing customers).
