About

Leela Cosgrove wasn’t supposed to become a successful entrepreneur. She grew up in a housing commission suburb in Brisbane, Australia, surrounded by violence, drug use and the ongoing rhetoric that she would amount to nothing.

She refused to submit to the expectations set for her, defying the odds and escaping the cycle of poverty she saw around her. She founded Strategic Anarchy, a boutique B2B consulting firm, and growing it into a multi-million dollar enterprise; and Iron Cage, a revolutionary sales intelligence software that is changing the face of B2B sales.

Leela is the owner of Australia’s largest Witchcraft supply store, High Priestess, and has spent the last 25 years of working as a professional psychic and healer. She has read for Hollywood Celebrities, Billionaires and Rock Stars.

Leela: was named in the top 50 fast growth companies in Australia and top 8 of Female Founded Companies in the Asia Pacific Region; has been named as one of Australia’s top 25 female entrepreneurs; is the Australian Chapter Leader for the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network and sits on their Global Advisory Council; is a TEDx Speaker and has presented to the CSIRO; has spent time on Necker Island with Richard Branson; and has collaborated with Fashion icon Hermes and with Virgin Australia.

  • The Sword of Sales

The Sword of Sales is a new sales training game, borrowing from the look and feel of old PC text-based games. Players make their way through the SoS world as a hero on a quest for the mythical Sword of Sales, making decisions and learning about sales as they go.

At the end, as a reward for finding the sword and saving the land, players are emailed a customised sales script that they have built through the gameplay.
