Even more important that building a resilient culture, is building a culture that is fit for purpose, and helps you implement your strategy. For example, is a culture of innovation more suited to your business strategy (eg a high growth technology firm), or is a culture of appropriate risk management (eg a government organization offering a mature service which is in a risky domain such as unemployment benefits)? Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT can assist with better communications if used properly. You can use AI to suggest different communications approaches for: - stakeholder types and roles in the business - to suit the culture in your business - to suit different personality styles I often use AI to generate ideas, and to do list dot points that I should cover in my communications.
