About
Proudly representing my state as 2019 Telstra Tasmania Business Woman of the year.
Previously 2016 Australian Institute of Management Not for Profit leader of the year. I have a passion and commitment for contributing back to the community through my workplace to gain better outcomes for business, the workforce and our customers. I have worked in a change management role for many years and have expertise in bringing large groups of people through significant cultural and operational change with success. I have led large teams through sector reforms and have a successful history negotiating new contract platforms and new initiatives. As a strong communicator my sphere of influence is broad with a clear goal of partnership and collaboration.
