About
I thrive on building genuine connections with individuals and businesses from all walks of life. I believe in helping people and companies reach their fullest potential, using my recruitment expertise to match talent with opportunity. My work allows me to gain a unique perspective on businesses I wouldn’t usually be exposed to, which drives me. I know I’m successful when I see the positive impact I’ve had on the lives of those I work with.
I’m an Associate Director at Lotus People, where I’ve had the privilege of being one of the first hires since 2017. Over the years, I’ve evolved from a senior recruitment consultant into a strategic leader within the business, specialising in temporary recruitment. My recruitment journey started in 2014; since joining Lotus, I’ve placed over 1,000 candidates across various organisations.
My work ethic is driven by my commitment to providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike. With a 98% candidate retention rate, I aim to ensure everyone I work with feels confident they’ve made the right choice. I was honoured to be named Recruiter Insider’s Best Consultant (in Australia) for Client Experience in 2022 and 2023, consistently ranking among Australia’s top 5 consultants. Check out my reviews here!

I bring a results-oriented approach, passion, and drive to see individuals and businesses thrive. My background in administration, paired with a diploma in customer engagement, has equipped me with the tools to navigate the complexities of recruitment. I’m all about creating lasting relationships, and I’m proud to have contributed to Lotus People’s continued success by providing trusted recruitment solutions.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring Sydney’s Inner West with friends, spending time with my Great Dane Kalou, or relaxing at home with my cat Tony.
