I have worked in human resource field (HR management & management consulting) for many years. I was CEO Assistant in Benson, one of the leading electrical engineering plastic company. Lead the company’a strategy group, HR department and innovation.

Before life at Benson, I was Senior Project Manager in top management consulting company. I have serviced many top 500 Companies. My serviced industries include Internet，Pharmaceutical, Property, Finance, Manufacture, Retail.

In last 1.5 years, I tried a different life and career to enhance my marketing, sales and communication skills. It helped my deeply understanding marketing and sales force. It also give me another view about human resource mangement through other angles.

I enjoy every position and appreciate every colleagues and supervisor in my career. I thrive in ambitious, innovative organizations. I'm passionate about knowledge, skills and providing the best administration and solution for management. In my spare time, I'd love to learn new knowledge and skills. I usually read more than 20 professional book or learn professional courses every year. Besides HR, I have already learnt Psychology, Philosophy, Accounting, Finance, Economics. I also practise Meditation, Martial arts, basketball, and meet enterprenuer, volunteers to know great people and contribute my value.

Life is short, I'd love to cherish every minute.
