I'm an experienced General Manager with a proven record of helping wine producers to grow their brands and associated sales volume, revenue and profitability. Broad experience across both small scale start-ups and global corporates enables me to offer expertise and services in the following areas:
Wine Production and Styles, Domestic & Export Sales, Brand Development, Strategic Planning, Packaging, Marketing & Communications, Systems, Finance & Administration.
I offer cost savings by providing General Management expertise on a part time basis, whilst working on a retainer, wineries can access my experience on a flexible or project basis.
As an outsider I can offer objective advice and recommendations. Working across a broad range of wine businesses I have access to an extensive pool of Intellectual Property and can offer fresh perspectives and strategies. This enables me to make an immediate impact on a wineries' sales and bottom line.
I have an extensive industry network and can provide blue chip access to a wide range of Premium domestic and export wine buyers. I can help manage your sales, freeing up your time to focus on viticulture, winemaking, marketing and staff management.
