I am a people strategist. Working with Boards, CEOs, founders and executive leaders to bridge the disconnect between strategy and people’s needs, capabilities and motivations, I help to move that strategy from ideas on a page to realised high-performing outcomes. 

I do this in three ways:

1. Consulting, advisory & facilitation services
2. Speaking, masterclasses & training
3. Executive coaching

I help business leaders with their people problems. With extensive leadership, directorship and speaking experience, I've built and restructured high-performing teams with a focus on talent attraction and retention.

I understand the challenges and complexities of driving growth and ensuring a customer-first approach in diverse businesses with multiple service lines. Skilled at building strategy and managing risk, in my executive career I was a strong operational manager who oversaw both sides of the ledger on the P&L. If you have a business problem, complex tactical challenges with your employees or organisational structure, you can be guaranteed that I've helped others navigate through similar issues.

I've been a confidante to other board members, and CEOs for a long time. My relationships keep me well-informed of markets and movements, and, as a facilitator of relationships, I delight in bringing talented people together to drive value, build vision and realise opportunities.
