A simple philosophy – but not always applied – I look at the detail of the problem or solution, while stepping back to ask the ‘why’ and the ‘what for’. I’m passionate about great experiences, be that digital, mobile or just process, and for me the key is always in working out how to make things as easy as possible for customers.
As a career-long customer advocate, I've heard the term "customer centric" many times. Its easy to say but often hard to deliver experience promises consistently. To deliver consistently good customer experiences takes deep understanding about your customer as a human, EQ with stakeholders, clarity of communication and transparency with your team to realise the commercial and customer outcomes.
To this mission, I bring 20-years in strategic marketing, data, digital and customer experience – and an endless energy for innovation and impact. I connect purpose, profit and people through highly validated platforms that optimise customer experience while building competitive advantage. This is shown over a career extending from the development of executive insights fuelling new market growth and multibillion-cost out for organisations like Qantas, Lion and Metcash to start-up / high growth organisations dependent on securing first mover advantage and maintaining it, such as Prospa and Airbnb.

How do you prove customer experience is valuable to your boss?
It shouldn’t be about convincing your boss. It’s should be deep cultural and brand priority. Also KPIs are difficult to deliver if you can’t evidence that the theory actually delivers outcomes. CX leaders need to be providing value more quickly through evidence based prototyping and design sprints
