You're leading a remote team in different time zones. How do you effectively bridge the communication gap?
Agree with Scott Levy and like him have managed lots of remote offices which are sometimes very small teams as well which can make isolation tough. You need that office led by a charismatic outgoing figure and that market needs to see real signs you care to sustain trust.

How can you improve your social work skills when working with individuals with disabilities?
Rather than think of this as a special guidance for disability interaction, it’s really just a good idea with any human regardless of their condition. Talk about and focus on what someone can do , not what they can’t. Treat others how you would like to be treated yourself. Basic decency .
