Implemented eCommerce platform managing over 200,000 SKUs, 5 Currencies and integration of 3rd party logistics providers with multiple warehouse locations. Platform was enabled with CRM, CMS, marketing automation and promotion/event management capabilities.

Talent search platform to provide ease of creating job vacancies at multiple hotel locations within Pontiac group of hotels to facilitate movement and retention of talent across the properties. This was one of the first portals built with a bootstrap responsive framework and activated with role based access management and approval workflows.

Deployed marketing automation and tracking solutions across 125 countries. The deliverables included consumer journey lifecycles, journey assets design and deployment and tracking of automation effectiveness. Large scale marketing automation planning and execution using SFMC was enabled to deploy 8000+ email campaigns a year with 15-20 journeys across the customer lifecycle being recorded resulting in 40+ languages.

The Global Innovation Index 2014 (GII), in its 7th edition this year, is co-published by Cornell University, INSEAD, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Website was rolled out globally with set KPIs from web traffic increase, Core Web Vitals benchmark, SEO & CSAT score.
