I have been a business analyst for more than 5years, driving organisation towards dynamic change that meet its strategic goals and objectives.
In the course of my career I have had the privilege to work in various domains like insurance, technology, health, and education.
I am skilled in process improvements, technology implementations, testing and system design. Well-versed in agile ceremonies and waterfall methodology with excellent communication skills and stakeholder Management.
My expertise spans across projects in process improvement, transformation, and data migration, HRIS implementation, Customer Relationship Management system, Data migration and Integration Projects.
My strengths includes strong analytical and active listening skills, enabling effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, vendor management, system design,critical thinking, facilitation skills Among many others.
I've collaborated with Scrum Teams, SME and other domain experts. I'm always eager to take on new challenges and elevate my career and make positive impact in any organisation I find myself.

One thing I found helpful is scrum guide and principles. I have imbibe this in my routine because it gives opportunities to reflect. Take Agile ceremonies like DSU and sprint retrospective for example. I get to understand bottlenecks and ways to improve the bottlenecks. And not just that, as business analyst I also get to track my improvement progress on those bottlenecks whilst doing this collectively as a Team Regular reflection is significant to Growth

With my experience, visual representation of different scenario deduced from data reports has always been a nice to have pack for business analyst. It doesn't only give insights but also enable stakeholder to visualise trends and make informed decisions.

The ability to analyse, reflect and prioritise feedback provides direction to solution. Open and direct communication with stakeholders is also a key factor towards problem solving and I would also like to add the value of organising brainstorming sessions with stakeholders provides deep insight to problem and drive perspective that could ascertain solutions.
