Rachelle is a highly capable change management expert, specializing in high-integrity, integrated outcomes.

Rachelle recently completed a Masters in Science in Sustainability and Adaptation Planning at the Centre for Alternative Technology. Her dissertation research used participatory system mapping to explore a just energy transition in regional Queensland.

Rachelle is a certified change management, P3M3, APM PPC, P3O, MSP, and Prince 2 Practitioner. She is an alumni of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation and Project Tipping Point, and a member of the Smart Energy Council, Systems Dynamics Society, and Collaborative Futures.
