🏪 Retail Media: The first person in Australia to be Amazon Advertising certified, I established the Criteo retail media business in ANZ and now lead CitrusAd business development across Asia Pacific and Japan, to help retailers monetize their inventory & assets. Agency-side I created the Amazon Academy & Amazon Unboxed event, managing relationships / JBPs with key partners like Amazon, eBay & Woolworth's Cartology

🛒 eCommerce: Founder of GroupM Commerce in ANZ, leading a hub of specialist services including commerce strategy, retail media activation, providing a broad range of consultancy services at the intersection of media & commerce

🏢 Agency / Consultancy: Experienced leader of digital teams across multiple agencies - PHD, MediaCom, GroupM - with a proven record in establishing new businesses & capabilities from DR & Data to SaaS & eCommerce. Most recently I was engaged by Ebiquity to lead the design & development of their global retail media solution

📦 FMCG / CPG: Created SPARC, a SaaS digital shelf analytics solution, deployed alongside broader e-commerce strategies to drive online growth for clients such as P&G, Mars, Fonterra & Revlon

🤝🏻 Industry: As a member of the MFA Interactive Board I helped create the MFA Foundation Certificates I&II, in 2020 & 2021 I was honoured to be a juror for the 'Creative eCommerce' category at the Cannes Lions, and I look forward to helping establish standards for the retail media industry as a founding member of the IAB Retail Media Committee
