Sarah is the founder of The Mind Mentor, a mental health and well-being service offering individual and group therapeutic services . Our practical services are aimed at helping individuals develop their toolkit for managing life's challenges.
With qualifications in a number of mental health disciplines and lived experience of mental illness we recognise everyone and every situation is unique.
TALKING SPORT with SD and the Fazman is a digital broadcast service supporting local, national, and international sport. Sport is for everyone, and Talking Sport is for you!

How can you effectively monitor the progress of leadership development programs?
Quality Leadership is best reflected in those who benefit from leadership. Many people believe that the leader sits at the heart of leadership when really it is the people who are being led. A person can be respectful, a good communicator, knowledgeable, confident, inspirational and all other things attributed to a good leader, but still completely fail as a leader because their focus is on themselves. A leader's ability is best demonstrated in how well others rise under their leadership.
