With over ten years of experience in digital marketing, I am the founder and CEO of TwentyTwo Digital, an established digital marketing agency based in Brisbane, Australia. I am also a marketing mentor, course tutor, and panel facilitator, sharing my knowledge and insights with aspiring and established marketers across various platforms and events.
My passion is to take digital performance to the next level with critical data analysis and groundbreaking creativity. I help businesses uncover key barriers and opportunities within their markets and apply data-supported solutions to optimize their conversion paths. I believe in teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning as the core values of any successful business.

How can you use webinars to stay up-to-date with SEM trends?
I agree and disagree. I think webinars are an important piece of the puzzle, but you also have to consider your learning style. Are you visual, auditory or kinesthetic and/or reading/writing? What is going to be the best way for you to learn? If anything, webinars are great but should be paired with all other ways that you can learn as well.

How can leaders manage stress and avoid burnout?
To be honest, I still haven't mastered this area, I'm a work in progress. However, what I've found is yes, recognising when you're at your limits, setting boundaries and all the standard ones all help. The best method I've found for myself is having at least one thing a week that I really want to do. Whether it's a hobby, home improvement or simply reading a book. Often that resets me for the week to come. You have to prioritise this like you would any client work - it cannot be moved.

How can you balance quick decision making with careful consideration?
The first thing to understand is that you won't always get it right. Accepting that sometimes you'll make the wrong decision can take the weight off and ultimately, help you to make more informed decisions. Without the added pressure, you're more likely to get out of tunnel vision, take a breath and see more options. As much as we'd love a cookie-cutter approach to decisions, it's often not that simple. You can use frameworks to guide you, but each decision, every choice has an abundance of factors/variables that come into play and are different every time. Being aware of what frameworks and guides are out there can help assist you, ultimately, your experience, expertise and understanding will be the deciding factor.
