As the CEO of Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP), I lead a leadership organisation that is focused on collaboration, innovation and relevance. With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, I have a proven track record of growing businesses, developing teams, and creating a culture of excellence and diversity.
I am passionate about empowering women and addressing the issues of violence and inequality in our society. I am the founder of Links Fiji, we fund on ground activities focusing on health and nutrition. I am also a keynote speaker, podcaster, and author of two books on leadership and performance. I have been recognized as the Victorian Telstra Business Woman of the Year, one of the AFR/WBC 100 Women of Influence in Australia, and the Victorian Leader/Manager of the Year by the Institute of Managers and Leaders. I believe that our workplaces must reflect the communities we work in and that we can all make a positive difference in the world.
