As the Head of Core Platforms at My Plan Manager, I lead a team of Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Application Support specialists who are responsible for delivering and maintaining our Salesforce-based ACE Platform, built on Service Cloud. With over 20 years of experience in product management, UX design, and software engineering, I have a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
My mission is to help organisations find product-market fit and execute on their go-to-market strategy, using a unique blend of business and technology skills. I have been part of the team that achieved a 1621% growth rate and the #2 spot in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2020, increased online conversions by 100%, and launched a new Client Portal for My Plan Manager. I am passionate about creating products that empower people with disabilities and their support network to manage their NDIS funding and achieve their goals.
