About
After a very satisfying career leading modernisation & change aglilty in the accounting industry I now shift my focus & channel all my energy into wealth empowerment for women. My mission is simple: championing badass women entrepreneurs & master-mental-load-jugglers who fearlessly take on life's challenges. Together, we're a force to be reckoned with!
I co-founded the AI Women Circle with the fabulous Inbal Rodnay, a kickass community where women in professional services, (like yourself perhaps ;) ), can thrive & flourish while diving headfirst into the exciting world of AI. Our mission is crystal clear: to unleash women's true potential with AI while making sure ethical practices are at the forefront.
The beginning of my accounting journey was at a Top 100 firm in Adelaide & deep down, I knew there had to be a better way of doing things. The thought of endless typing and mind-numbing tasks made me want to break free. I wanted more meaningful conversations, more proactive planning for the future, & definitely more awe-inspiring stories rather than just crunching numbers. So, I went full steam ahead, harnessing technology to streamline service delivery, diving into data-driven insights to maximise value, and nurturing emotional intelligence to forge genuine human connections. And let me tell you, the fire inside me was blazing!
Can I share a little success story with you? One of my proudest achievements was leading the development of a future-fit accounting division at a national mid-tier firm in Australia. We created an unparalleled client experience, putting our clients at the center of everything using the latest technology & insightful data-driven strategies to blow their minds. It was a pretty big deal way back when!
But here's the best part: being a role model and mentor to fierce, independent women lights up my soul like nothing else. As a devoted mum to Tayah and Avery, I've learned the true importance of nurturing the next generation of powerhouses. They are the future, and I'm here to guide and inspire them every step of the way. My journey has been fueled by an unwavering commitment to driving positive change, empowering women. This path I'm on? It's about making a lasting impact, not just on the industry, but on the entire world. We're all in this together & we're going to make some serious waves!
If my story has left you feeling motivated and ready to conquer the world remember, my friend - progress comes when we embrace the challenges that come our way. Together, we can create a future that's bright, equitable & filled with joy.
