I hold a BSc in Chemical Engineering (with honours) from the University of Cape Town and a MPhil in Sustainable Development (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. My interests include climate change, energy access and efficiency, and sustainability policy development and analysis. My previous experience includes the development of technical and strategic roadmaps in response to environmental and sustainability challenges. I have experience in simulation, trouble-shooting, project development, project execution and concept development. I have also spent time in international environments such as South Africa, the UK and Denmark. I have been recognized for "excellence in all we do"​ as well as "extraordinary dedication". In 2017, I was recognised as part of an environmental and sustainability project team for "Stakeholder Focus Team of the Year."

    Greenpop plants trees through urban greening and reforestation projects, spreads environmental awareness, and activates people through green festivals and workshops across Southern Africa. To date they have planted 101,303 indigenous and fruit trees, painted 17 nature-themed murals, built 60 beehives, planted 6 community forest gardens, run 570 sustainable development workshops, and hosted 30 environmental action festivals across 4 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
