With over 20 years experience in transformation and driving growth for integrated communications agencies, it’s my ongoing passion to blend commercial success and creative effectiveness. With experience in turnaround environments, both as a business builder and business owner, I’m driven by company growth, client success, creativity and operational excellence.
Importantly, I bring people together in achieving this – be it teams, clients and partners. A self-confessed over communicator, I take time to explain the ‘why’ and invest in taking people on the journey of change, building businesses that are as accountable as I am, in delivering its best work.
This is best illustrated in three key achievements: founding and growing Chieftain Communications into an attractive prospect that was acquired by a global agency; establishing and scaling of Havas Blvd into one of the Group’s key revenue pillars; and realising the potential of Red Havas to achieve double digit growth and record results. Throughout, I have increased client satisfaction and established an engaged, passionate environment that creates opportunities for teams, promotes innovation and integrated delivery.
