You need to write an attention-grabbing headline. What are the best copywriting tools to use?
For me, headlines are like doorways, the more interesting the headline, the more chances that I’ll actually open the door. My recommendation here would be to create a connection between the content/body of the text and the reader’s curiosity. Make the title interesting (this comes with practise, exposure to current affairs and smart ways to encapsulate information) or cheeky, either ways the intent is to convince the reader to click on the link and make him read the full context.

How can you effectively manage conflicts with hard of hearing clients?
Empathy and respect are the key ingredients to managing client relationships. It's about how calmly and effectively you can resolve the problem without reacting to the situation. Some key steps here would be: 1) Understand the issue 2) Acknowledge the problem 3) Assure the client that you are working towards resolving it. 4) Divide the issue into subparts and address them in a logical order. 5) Keep the client aware of the steps taken to resolve the issue. 6) Reach out to your wider team/ manager for additional support. By doing this, it will help you to navigate the situation in a much more effective way and help you resolve the problem.

What are the best ways to show your adaptability in Client Relations?
My key advice here would be to ask questions about the potential roadblocks. Once you've mapped out the challenges, you have to prioritise and work towards resolving them. The other thing that's important here is transparent communication and keeping everybody associated with the project aware of changes/processes and steps taken to resolve the issue helps.
