Hi, Tania Fountain here, your LinkedIn marketing and communications specialist and the founder and Director of Fountain Marketing and Media.

I am an experienced marketing and communications professional having worked in sales and marketing roles for local businesses and international brands, for local government and for quite some time, within the sport and recreation sector.

My broad range of experience crosses the full spectrum of marketing and communication deliverables including everything from managing external contractors and design agencies, branding, to managing industry events and brand ambassadors.

Following a successful career working with leading international brands, such as Polytan, APT and SportGroup, in 2019 I decided to establish my own footprint by founding Fountain Marketing and Media.
A boutique agency providing LinkedIn marketing and communication services designed to increase our client’s online presence and reputation, authority and influence using effective communication strategies that create new business opportunities and ignite long term success.

Whilst I enjoy running a boutique agency, I also love giving back to the community and professional industry, so I volunteer as the Commercial and Communications representative for School Sport Victoria and are a non-executive Director for the International Association for Sport and Leisure Facilities (IAKS), Australia and New Zealand.

I’m passionate about working with people and brands looking to leverage the power of LinkedIn, and those looking to shape a sustainable, healthier and more active community for tomorrow.
