A high level of attention to detail and strong skills at managing multiple tasks in different swim lanes allow me to deliver outcomes to support brand & reputation, financial efficiencies, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
My leadership style is just, fair, and direct and I nurture respectful, compassionate team cultures. I create genuine connections that enable safe and frank communication without upset. I focus on the bigger picture by playing the role of facilitator, mentor, and guide. My experience with developing teams allows me to understand when my teams are experts at their jobs or when I need to work shoulder to shoulder with them to deliver support or coaching
