I am an engineer at heart and a seasoned leader in the world of software with a focus on process automation, AI, and Big Data. I have a track record of driving innovation and efficiency across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Zenphi, I am dedicated to making the power of modern process automation accessible to businesses of all sizes.
The majority of my experience has been on establishing and managing engineering and product management teams at scale. However, during the past few years, my focus has been mainly on the commercial aspects of the software industry. Everything from bringing software to market, monetization, capital efficiency, and growth.
While every day is a new learning day for me, my broad experience has reinforced a fundamental principle: for a modern B2B SaaS company to thrive, it must cultivate a culture where every facet of the business aligns toward one goal—customer success. Every decision, whether related to product development, pricing strategies, or messaging, should be driven by the aim of ensuring customer success. This is the key to building sustainable success, and nurturing this culture hinges on investing in your people and embracing organizational values.
Before founding Zenphi, I worked at Nintex, where I served as the Vice President of Product. During my tenure, I oversaw a wide range of Nintex products, including Nintex Analytics (Hawkeye), Nintex Forms, Nintex Mobile, and more. I played a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, managing global teams, and driving financial success. I helped the company grow from 30 to 800 people and become a multi-billion dollar enterprise.
Before my time at Nintex, I founded Traviran, an online travel platform, demonstrating my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to turn ideas into thriving businesses. Additionally, I have worked with companies like Infusion Development (acquired by Avanade), Emirates Group IT, and others.
Throughout my career, my lucky charm has been the people I have been surrounded with. I attribute every single success in my career to the people around me. They always support me, lift me, and teach me. Even the “not so good ones” taught me what I should not be doing. I am grateful to all of them. 🙏
