About
Hi, my name is Wil 👋 I am a 22-year-old social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering teenagers, business leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, authors, and anyone else I meet. My mission is to make each individual more empowered and more equipped to turn their inspiration and ideas into action.
Growing up in Regional Western Australia, I've always seen the world a bit differently, always thinking about solutions. This perspective started my entrepreneurial journey at age 11 with an aviation consulting website, Planeapidea - The Wikipedia of Planes, aimed at easing the stress of air travel ✈️.
By the time I was 15, I founded Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA), driven by a burning question inspired by Malcolm X: "If not me, then who? If not now, then when?" Over the past six years, I've grown YLAA into a prominent brand that has supported over 40,000 young people from more than 1,100 schools across Australia.
Recently, I completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) to deepen my understanding of business and effective scaling strategies 👨💻. I am eager to continue embracing new opportunities and am available for speaking engagements worldwide 🌏.
