About
As the Chairperson of Queensland Wheelchair Rugby League , I lead and oversee the development and promotion of wheelchair rugby league in Queensland Australia . I have been involved in this sport since 2016 as an athlete, referee, and advocate, and I am passionate about making it accessible and inclusive for all.
With my background in program coordination, and fundraising, I have successfully facilitated local and regional programs, liaised with various stakeholders, and secured partnerships for QWRL. I have also leveraged my social media skills to raise awareness and engagement for wheelchair sports. Additionally, I have applied my experience as a former transport and logistics soldier in the ADF to manage and maintain the wheelchair equipment and logistics.
