Customer Service Administrator

KUKA Robotics Australia is looking for a Permanent CS Administrator, it is an office-based role to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The newly created role will see the successful candidate work with Management while implementing processes for Order Management. The role will involve placing orders with suppliers, managing customers’ expectations, and organising deliveries including liaising with logistic suppliers and internal team members.

The focus areas of this role also include reception and office administration tasks as well as a supporting role with bookkeeping and reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end order management process.
• Answering phone and redirecting queries.
• Updating local ERP with the required information.
• Dispatching spare parts and assisting with stock checks.
• Ordering of Robots and Spare parts.
• Liaise with HQ Order Management, freight forwarders, and customer to ensure high customer satisfaction of deliveries.
• Provide non-technical phone support.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Order Management/Logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service experience
• Ability to create collaborative professional relationships and meet customer deadlines
