As an IT Project Manager, you'll spearhead transformative initiatives, ensuring seamless project delivery aligned with business objectives. With a focus on harnessing technology to drive efficiency and innovation, you'll lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic milestones and exceed client expectations.


  • Brisbane CBD Location
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
  • Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months with ongoing extensions


The skills we are looking for


  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Experience mobilising and leading teams with diverse skills, including staff and suppliers across organisational boundaries.
  • Scope Management: Rigorous management of project scope through structured change management processes to ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Financial Forecasting: Ability to create and validate financial forecasts, ensuring ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficient in developing and executing stakeholder change and communication plans.
  • Risk Management: Proactive analysis of variances against plan to assess trends and identify early signs of project risks.
  • Methodologies and Standards: Familiarity with project management methodologies, IT control/assurance processes, architecture, and information risk management.

The Role


  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Mobilise and lead a team with the necessary skills, including both staff and suppliers across organisational boundaries.
  • Rigorously manage scope through a structured change management process to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters, focusing on delivering business benefits.
  • Create and validate financial forecasts, ensuring ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures.
  • Develop and execute appropriate stakeholder change and communication plans and engagements.
  • Proactively analyse variances against plan to assess trends affecting scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Identify early signs of project risks and escalate promptly and effectively.
  • Apply project management methodologies, standards, and processes, including architecture, information risk management, and transition to support.
