We are currently embarking on a major technology transformation project. The project includes the implementation of major systems, data migration, hardware installations and coordination of operations over a period of 6-months. This role is a 6-month fixed term project. 


About the Opportunity

The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) leads key IT initiatives and projects at Jetts Fitness, ensuring they align with strategic priorities and are completed on-time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Manage IT projects, program initiatives, and application support. Act as the technical lead for project planning, oversight, and execution.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support Jetts Fitness’s strategic goals and deliver new or enhanced member/team service applications.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee project phases including planning, testing, training, and deployment. Manage resources, including partners and subcontractors.
  • Project Management: Handle project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, communications, status reporting, and resource management.

  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Manage all project aspects and resources


What You’ll Bring: 

  • 3-5+ years of Technical Project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artefacts and tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts 
  • Excellent judgement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement 
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality 
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills
