I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Belfast. They charged me £1500 for an almost invisible scratch that was already there when they handed over the car. Despite my insistence, they refused to provide a damage report at the time of pick-up and assured me that everything was fine. They didn't take a video of the car or suggest we check for any scratches, making us feel we were ready to go. When returning the car at the airport, the staff suddenly spotted the pre-existing scratch and demanded £2000. After reviewing my contract, I noted that the excess should be £1500, which is still an unacceptable charge given the circumstances. Moreover, the baby car seat they provided was old and without any manual. The staff informed us they are not responsible for installing it. With a baby under one year old, it was extremely challenging to install an outdated car seat without any instructions, which were also impossible to find online. Overall, the service was incredibly frustrating, and the unexpected charges are unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Process was very seemless. The hotel arranged it all and the car was waiting at the front. Only one form to sign. Car was a RAV4 Hybrid and really enjoyable to drive.

I hired a vehicle through Motopool Melbourne for 3 months. Process seems simpler. Abdul was helpful from the beginning. Just book which car you need through their website. It looks they do a soft credit check and then they approve. They gave me upto 2K Kms drivable a month. Please understand you need to put your own petrol for driving the vehicle. Their website says 250 Kms/500Kms included per week. This may look like slightly misleading. We were thinking they will pay for the petrol for that 250KM. But its not the case. They will not give a petro card like Goget does. Fuel is your charge. For a short hire, its good. For long hire it's better to buy a used car. Update: I keep getting Toll infringement notices often from Motopool even after dropping the car. It looks someone hired the car after me and driving on toll roads without tags. I told them many times. But I still keep getting this.
