Breakfast tacos are a very important part of any Austinite’s life, all of who are rightly so obsessed with variations of beans, eggs, and maybe cheese and maybe meat, all wrapped in a corn or flour tortilla. Since the world of breakfast tacos is infinite, Eater gathered the best of the city's morning tortilla offerings.
