While burgers are great and all, fries aren’t to be ignored. The greasy side comes in all forms: shoestring to wedges, long to short, crispy to soft, topped with spices and herbs and cheese, paired with all sorts of dips and sauces. The potato sticks can even work as main dishes, too.
